Strategic Acquisition Expands Westco’s Service Geography and Client Base
Houston, TX (October 15, 2021) – Westco Grounds Maintenance (“Westco”), a portfolio company of Evolution Strategy Partners (“Evolution”) and Gemini Investors (“Gemini”), announced the recent acquisition of Cornerstone Maintenance and Landscaping (“Cornerstone”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cornerstone was founded in 1997 and provides landscape design, installation, maintenance, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape services to commercial and municipal clients in Houston.
